  • Favorites: Extensions you mark as favorites are stored locally on your device

3. Call Data

  • Call history: Records of incoming and outgoing calls, including phone numbers, call duration, and timestamps
  • Voicemail messages: Audio recordings of voicemails left for your extension
  • Conference participation: Records of conference rooms you join

4. Biometric Data

  • Face ID / Touch ID: Used only for local device authentication to unlock the app. Biometric data never leaves your device and is processed exclusively by iOS.

5. Technical Information

  • Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and troubleshooting
  • Connection status: Network connectivity information to maintain your phone system connection

6. Audio

  • Microphone access: Required for making and receiving phone calls through the app
  • Audio playback: Used for voicemail playback and call audio
